Our History and Story

On August 16th , 2016 , a young man named Aaron A. Clark enrolled and moved on the campus of Jackson State University pursuing a B.S. in Mathematics. Aaron has a passion to give back to the people in his community. This HBCU would spark an idea that would lead into the development of this company.

One day, Aaron went to the campus computer lab in the H.T. Sampson Library and came across a student struggling in college algebra. Without having to pull out a pen and paper , Aaron was able to answer all the student's problems in seconds. The student was shocked and how did he do it. That's when Aaron's first session would begin. It lasted for about 60 minutes and no charges were made for the mathematical enlightenment. The student would then say, " 'Coach', I have somebody else that would need your help. They are in the same class as me."  Accepting the name, 'Coach' , Aaron agreed to assist this person as well.

During his time at Jackson State , rumors of a math tutor by the name of 'Coach' began to circulate around the campus. On October 11th , 2018 , seeing that students were in need of mathematical assistance , Aaron decided to solidify his service through the title, 'FREE ROAM CAMPUS MATH TUTOR'. The cost for his services was only $10/hour since he believed that students were not financial enough to pay fees for a professional tutor. This service was active for the next year and a half until March 6th , 2020 , when COVID-19 overwhelmed the country. During the time, Aaron and a colleague was visiting family in Dallas, TX for spring break. On March 23rd, 2020 , Aaron decided to return to his hometown , Cincinnati, OH, to ensure that he and his family were safe during the outbreak. The consequence:  the original blueprint, Free Roam Campus Math Tutor , began to crumble.

On May 2nd , 2020 , Aaron officially graduated from Jackson State University with a B.S. in Mathematics. Now, having more time to focus on himself, Aaron attempted to enter in the work field as an Actuarial Scientist. Later that month, he took the P Exam but did not pass it. Aaron felt disappointed but refused to give up. He worked on a solution until June 2020, when the "Black Lives Matter" movement took to the streets of all cities around the country. Aaron participated in a protest in Cincinnati, OH with his father ,brother, black men and women of prestigious organizations and people who fought against the injustice within the country. Witnessing this in person, Aaron wanted to find something proactive for the people of the community and remembered his good deeds and services provided on Jackson State University. This would be used for his blueprint.

For the next 5 months, Aaron collaborated with his father and a good man of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. to develop a company that would educate without discrimination. In other words, students will have a tutor that can understand and relate to the traumas of students who are minority within the country. At the time, the tutor will still having love for all mankind. Therefore, on November 2nd , 2020 , the service would turn into the company ,ACE's Tutoring LLC, and register into the Secretary of State for Ohio.
